Returns/Exchange Policy

• If the goods are returned within seven days of purchase in their original packaging with tags (if any), we will refund or exchange them.
• Return the products with the invoice and a note explaining why.
• The customer must pay for traceable delivery (courier or registered mail) to return items to our address.
• Deliveries are non-refundable.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 days.

First, if you want to send back or swap any of the items from your online order, fill out the Return Form and pack it up with your return package.

Please fill out this form and enclose it with your return package if you need to return or exchange an item from your order.

 

Repack your goods

Ensure the Return Form and the item(s) you want to return are enclosed in the package you send back.
